These things take time .. and probably not just you. Be patient. NO CONTACT obtain the cooperation of you that can go wrong, to undo what has argued the lawyer.

If the lawyer is handling directly with the insurance, I can not every place where he can get this information if you can get your lawyer and file.

If the lawyer received a complaint before the court, filed on their behalf can go to court and then see the folder in order to see what happened.

Until we sign a document that states to the insurance company that you take the amount of X dollars to completely and definitively discharged does not cover the insurance to cough at all, so I hope you don 'have not yet been signed.

There are laws strictly limit to what can the lawyers and what not to do with the money of the customers and it would be very blatant and stupid lawyer, take your money.

If you are really interested, he has you at your local bar association or the law and a complaint.

Nothing indicates that his position a dark business. Litigation can take years to settle. How long have you been exposed to Sell? Ask your lawyer how much time should be before the installation or just to go to court.

The case can be resolved only when something solid. You can with the clerk of the court where their case has been assigned, and you can tell if it is still open. You can find the number or number if needed, when you go. This should be everything you need.

Where do you live? Visit the website of the district court, and you should be able to the status of the case and review all pleadings and orders to report to court. It should tell you what has recently happened in your case, and the case is still pending or is closed. If you think your lawyer is to play with you, file a complaint with the Bar Association of the district in the county to check a file, but whether the pro bono lawyer for the withdrawal of the case after filing a complaint
